TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a trip with Label Gang Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made by the deadline communicated.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
All bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation by Traveller
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are 100% non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations on or after the departure date.
Refunds, if any, depend on recovery from third-party suppliers.
We strongly advise you to cover with your comprehensive travel insurance.
3. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
War (declared or undeclared)
Terrorism or threat of terrorism
Civil unrest or political instability
Government travel advisories
Airspace closures
Border restrictions
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Airline cancellations
Military action
Acts of God
In such circumstances:
Itineraries may be altered.
Delays or additional stays may occur.
Additional costs (accommodation, flights, transport) are the responsibility of the traveller and/or their insurer.
4. Government Travel Advice
If the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) issues a travel warning:
Prior to departure – we may cancel or postpone.
After departure – we will assist coordination but are not financially liable for additional costs.
Travellers affirm and assume risk of advisory changes after booking.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
Label Gang acts as a coordinator of services provided by:
Airlines
Hotels
Transport operators
Tour providers
Cruise operators
Activity providers
We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers. All supplier terms apply separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the total trip cost paid.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for loss of income, missed work, or personal losses.
7. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks including:
Injury
Illness
Accidents
Theft
Political unrest
Unexpected itinerary changes
By booking, travellers voluntarily assume these risks.
8. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
All travellers must hold valid travel insurance covering:
Cancellation
Interruption
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Extended stays
Failure to obtain insurance is at the traveller’s own risk.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
Travellers must:
Follow trip leader instructions
Respect local laws
Behave responsibly
Use all the channels around the trip respectfully at all the times
Treat your co-passengers respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.
10. Health & Documentation
Travellers are responsible for:
Valid passports
Visas
Vaccinations
Entry requirements
Health declarations
No refund will be provided for denied boarding due to documentation issues.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 in England & Wales.
